GREEN ENVIRONMENT , STRICTLY NO SMOKING POLICY, NO DRUGS, NO PETS,( I am allergy from any pets!) QUIET ENVIRONMENT IS A MUST!
A GREAT LOCATION FOR VISITING SAN FRANCISCO AND NAPA WINERIES! However, If you are not from CA. Please do your home work to search city of vallejo. Before you booking it. And understand this: you are not paying the price of S.F. or Napa. So, if my location is not for you, don’t book it please. We have lots guest returning 5th times, if I can do anything to make you more comfortable here, I will. Just ask.. BTW, if you can not sleep with any pin drop noise, just book Napa from our list only. This Vallejo property has 6 studios and a 6 bed room panhouse. plus great business owners at the ground floor with respectful records. This is not a house. With 12000 sq ft secured parking lot. 24/7 security cameras surround our property to keep trouble away. You are safe. 🙂
WE ARE NOT HOTEL, BUT we provide great private studios with
Weekly rentals available for less; please be aware that you are responsible for any damage to the property during your stay. We do not expect it is as clean as it was. But reasonably clean. A one time cleaning fee ( none refundable) will be collected from airbnb.
CHECK IN BETWEEN 4:00~6:00 PM and CHECK OUT time: 11AM. We ASK THAT YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENT AHEAD OF THE TIME FOR EARLIER OR LATER CHECK IN OR OUT time to avoid any extra service fees. Or you may arrange the self checking in ahead of the time.

– Gate remote operate parking lot with signed one car space, for extra car space will be $50/month or $15/week.

LOCATED NEXT TO BUS STOP. GROCERY STORE, SHOPPING, AND RESTAURANT NEARBY. 9 MILES TO NAPA WINERIES , 3 MILES TO TOURO UNIVERSITY , 2 MILES or less TO COSTCO, RESTAURANTS,ferry building. AND 23 miles to SF.

Yes, you will need to sign at least 8 pages agreements on line after booking or in person. If you need to see those agreement, before you checking in, please ask. This is not the kind of place for party or smoking or have lots visitors or pets or candles. Welcome to all professional travelers and we doing our best to provide you: clean , quiet, secured , private living place to call it “Home” !

The bus stop is right next to our building ! But suggest to drive!

we offer the washer and dryer rooms free with one month booking. or $15/week booking. laundry services are available too. Great free high speed wifi through Comcast the best supplier in our area.
Regard mails/ packages:
1. We are not responsible for any mail/ shipping lost here. For your protection: Please book mail box from post office on line in our area for small fees. It’s worthy it.
2. If you choose to ship or mail to our post office box, each special request of shipping/ mails from our services please add $5/ each mails or shipping receiving service fee. Thanks for understand.

You have your own parking space in iur 12000 sq ft private parking lot. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any damage to the property. And responsible for any lost in your car in our property. Please only park on your own spot to avoid any inconvenience fees. We hope you respect other guest’s parking spot as we respect your parking spit. Thanks
