A GREAT LOCATION FOR VISITING SAN FRANCISCO AND NAPA WINERIES! However, If you are not from CA. Please do your home work to search city of vallejo. Before you booking it. And understand this: you are not paying the price of S.F. or Napa. So, if my location is not for you, don’t book it or complain the area or give me the unfairness of stars for my location from your reviews. We have lots guest returning 5th times, if I can do anything to make you more comfortable here, I will. Just ask.. BTW, if you can not sleep with any pin drop noise, just book Napa from our list only. This Vallejo property has another 7 studios and a 5 bed room panhouse. Plus great business owners at the ground floor with respectful records. This is not a house. With 12000 sq ft secured parking lot. 24/7 security cameras surround our property to keep trouble away. You are safe here to sleep well. 🙂

Weekly rentals available for less; The security deposit is held from airbnb of cause it is fully refundable from airbnb as long as nothing damaged and it kept as you moved in. We do not expect it is as clean as it was. But reasonable clean. An one time cleaning fee ( none refundable) will be collected from airbnb. ANY UPAID BALANCE while checking in MUST BE PAID IN money order UPON ARRIVAL. Please Note: AIRBNB does not let us reflect local taxes, which are 10% . We will collect the 10%tax when you checking in too. Thanks for understand.

CHECK IN BETWEEN 3:00~6:00 PM and CHECK OUT time: 11AM. We ASK THAT YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENT AHEAD OF THE TIME FOR EARLIER OR LATER CHECK IN OR OUT time to avoid any extra service fees.

I will be welcoming you while your arriving and provide you a gate remote for your parking space ! Yes, you will need to sign 8 pages agreements too. If you need to see those agreement, before you checking in, please ask. Every guest and resident sign it, or not welcome here at all. This is not for every one place to stay, if you like party or smoking or have lots visitors or pets or candles. This is not for you! We all deserve to have a clean , quiet, secured , private living place to call it “Home” !

entire suite and our laundry room are provided on site. We offer large parking lot with gate remote. Please do return the gate remote to avoid any replacement fees($300)

Other things to note

Hello thanks for booking with us.

We would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down while in our home and be respectful of the house itself.

If you are bringing another guest, It would be great if you could notify us in advance. There will be a fee of $10/night per each additional guest.

There is absolutely no smoking in or around the listing. By agreeing to my house rules you agree to be charged $300 for any smoking-related cleaning needed.

We are required by law to collect an 11% transient occupancy tax for the City of Vallejo, CA. After confirming your reservation, I will send you an alteration to collect this tax.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot allow pets in the listing.

There are cameras in the common areas that are recording 24/7. If we need to consult the cameras to confirm any damages or conflicts with other tenants you hereby agree to be charged $50-$100.

Please return the gate remote prior to checkout. Otherwise, you will be charged $300 to have all of our gate remotes reprogrammed.

Please use the recycle bins on the property. They are there for your convenience. We are required to recycle in the city of Vallejo and if we have to separate out the recyclables for you, you will be charged $20-$50.

Please use the designated parking space as it was arranged for you. If your vehicle is towed because you park someplace else, you are responsible for all fees associated with the towing.

You are responsible for any and all damages while you are in the listing. Please respect that we may have other guests checking in when you are checking out. If you check out late, you will be charged $175.

We take plumbing issues very seriously. Please report any issues with plumbing or leaking to us right away. We are here to help you get these resolved as quickly as possible.

All of the above information is contained in an 8-page rental agreement that will be available for your signature at the time of check-in confirming your understanding and agreement with all the terms. In addition to this, you will be required to present your government issued photo ID. If you do not agree to these rules, please consider booking with a different host.
