Plus few great business owners on the front street office ground floor. This is not a house. With 12000 sq ft secured parking lot. 24/7 security cameras surround our property to keep drama away. You are safe here and sleep very well. 🙂 WE ARE NOT HOTEL, BUT WE ARE more THEN HOTEL FOR THE PRICE. monthly special price is available for returning guests. We are LOCATED NEXT TO BUS STOP. GROCERY STORE, SHOPPING, AND RESTAURANT NEARBY. 9 MILES TO NAPA WINERIES , 3 MILES TO TOURO UNIVERSITY , 2 MILES TO COSTCO, RESTAURANTS, AND MORE. This is a private large studio! You will not be sharing the room or shower with anyone with your private entry too! I will be welcoming you while your arriving and provide you a gate remote for your parking space! Yes, you will need to sign 8 pages agreements before your checking in by email. If you need to see that agreement, before you checking-in, please ask. Every guest and resident sign it, if you have issues, please don’t book here. We might just not for your needs. This is not for every one place to stay, if you like to party or smoking or have lots visitors or pets or candles. This is location is not for you! Best seafood market, they even cook for you, community, shops, restaurant, all within a walking distance. Plus, only less then 3 miles to almost everything. hiking trails…Parks, Marina, ferry building to San Francisco or Marina county, movies, massages, nightclub, historical, malls, Thai, Italian, Japanese, India, restaurants…are all less than 3 miles… If you lived in marina/ san Francisco. Well, this may not be your choices. Even though I lived there for 10 years. If you need to commute from here to S.F. Wow, best carpool systems here. Napa is only 9 miles away and saving lots to live here. Questions? Just ask. However, please do check our city the and the distance for your travel from and to. I lived in SF for 29 years. So, my knowledge of east bay is limited. sorry.
