Please park in your own spot. And clean after yourself to avoid extra cleaning fees. Please recycle in our city, or pay extra trash fees $35. Huge kitchen to share with very respectful busy tenants. None smoker, no drama, no over night visitors, clean, Quiet are must.
We are not hotel, or house, or just apartment. We are more then apartment, more then Motel, we are stand full block , with 12000 gated parking lot and successful business tenants on the ground floor. 24/7 security cameras for your safety in our property. Some long turn tenants lives in here too.
8 of private studios with private entry, kitchen, etc. All unit are fully furnished. We provide good cleaning maintains. Feel free to request your private suite house cleaning at very low cost. We also provide laundry services at your request. Or you are welcome to use Laundry room with monthly booking here.

Great high speed wifi…
No smoker, no drama, no loud noise please. Keep neat and clean after using any common areas.
Do not drop anything but toilet paper in to the toilet. Do not dump oil in any sink, or drain. please use body wash in shower room only. Soap can built up clutter in drains. Two sets shower room, the left side tub is for female only. Anything that was not provided, feel free to request, we always do our best to make your staying more comfortable. We respect your space. If you have any questions, just text karla, or email. And I will get back to you within 24 hours.
You have your own private room and sharing the common areas with permitted residents and other airbnb gust from time to time.
We don’t interact your life at all, unless you like to share your experiences.

None smoker, no drama, no visitors at all time. We love quietness! Due to some tenant sleep at day or different hours.

Must book at least 5 days , and 8 hours ahead.
If you text or email me after 5PM, please note that I may not get back to you until the next day. I try to reply within the hours always.
We will charge extra Tax when you arriving, if booking less then 31 days. Please agree on this before your booking. Thanks.

The neightborhood
Karla’s home is located in Vallejo, California, United States.
Best sea food market, just 10 steps away, they even cook for you. Gas station , community, shops, restaurant, all within an walking distance. Plus, only less then 2~3 miles to almost everything. hiking trails…Parks, Marina, ferry building, movies, massages, night club, historical, malls, Thai, Italian, Japanese, India, restaurants…are all less then 2~3 miels… Kaizer hospital is only 5 minutes drive. Queen of Napa Valley Hospital is less then 16 miles drive. 26 miles to San Francisco. Great car pool to S.F. Many single Female lived and living here, If you ask, yes, we are very safe here. However, we are not in Pacific Heights, please search on line about or city for your own needs. If you lived in marina/ san francisco. Well, this may not be your choices. Please book in Napa or San Francisco? or close by where ever you need to go.
