The space

Huge kitchen , to share with very respectful busy tenants. This space is sharing with up to four roommates, Our secured keyless locks and security cameras, you will enjoy sweet dreams here…No matter day or night sleeper.
No smoking, no incense, or any kind product with smells, no drama, no drugs what so ever. Each room is for one person staying ONLY.
Quiet, Clean after yourself at all time please.
Sharing common areas with max 4 others only.
We will have 8 pages documents for you to sign before your checking in with emails.
We do not interact your staying but you are welcome to ask questions or needs. If you can not live with our house rules, please do not book here. We are not fit for different needs, sorry.

Each guest has one signed parking spot in our secured gated parking lot. (12000) sqft), extra car will need to pay $65/month extra parking fee.
If we smell any smoking from your room or any area in our entire property. You will be charged for $300 automatically with no questions to ask. If you don’t return the gate remote, You will be charged $300 without questions.
Please do not ask us to show the room before your booking completed. we are showing the same as the photos. Please only use one bed if you booked alone. Both beds are same firmness. If you use both beds. Will be charged extra service fees between $10-30. On top of booking fees. If you are booking for 2 people. Please add one person while you request booking. The rate are different. Please take time to read our 100 over reviews and search about our city if you wondering about here. Every one has different needs, and we do our best to provide it to keep each Guest happy. Feel free to ask any questions if we missed address here.

Pretty much anything you need in kitchen, we got it. large space, in deed. You will hope you have a kitchen like this size…lol..
Great high speed wifi…
No smoker, no drama, no loud noise please. Keep neat and clean after using any common areas.
Interaction with guests
If I am not available to meet in person, I am only a phone call away. And my partner is also able to reach, also, our handy man, plumber, Cleaning maid, long turn tenants, are all easy to reach. We take care all issues within the same day or 24 hours. Please ask me, so, I know. If you don’t tell, I can not do anything about it. Please respect our property as if it is yours. any issues, Don’t let it pass. even if you need more toilet papers….lol…
Other things to note
I reply asap always, ( within the hour) unless my battery is charging. lol.. However, after hours at 6PM, I do not reply until next day when i am up for work.
If you have anything, text or call me asap. If you are requesting booking or asking questions after hours, forgive me that I may not able to get back to you until next day.
The rate is based on single person. Extra person is $10/ day.

The neightborhood
Karla’s home is located in Vallejo, California, United States.
Best seafood market, just 10 steps away, they even cook for you. Gas station , community, shops, restaurant, all within an walking distance. Plus, only less then 2~3 miles to almost everything. hiking trails…Parks, Marina, ferry building, movies, massages, night club, historical, malls, Thai, Italian, Japanese, India, restaurants…are all less then 2~3 miels… Kaizer hospital is only 5 minutes drive. Queen of Napa Valley Hospital is less then 16 miles drive. 26 miles to San Francisco. Great car pool to S.F. Many single Female lived and living here, If you ask, yes, we are very safe here. However, we are not in Pacific Heights, please search on line about or city for your own needs. If you lived in marina/ san francisco. Well, this may not be your choices. Please book in Napa or San Francisco? or close by where ever you need to go.
