We provide a gate remote for your parking space ! Please read our reviews and our city surrounding. We can not move location for your expectation at same area price rate. No pets no exception. ( no any kind service pet allowed) Sorry

The space

We don’t offer TV, for a very good reasons.

If you need the TV, we do offer few other units with large TV screen and a unit with large private kitchen with Jacuzzi at very reasonable price.

You are welcome to access the loundry room at a low cost of $ free/ month or $10/week rate. Please request the door code from the host when you need it.

Air condition is available. We will monitor the meter to bill you when you are checking out. Please turn it off when you are away. Saving energy is every one’s respectful spirit. Agree?!! 🙂
This is a second floor unit and requires climbing stairs.
If for any reasons that you are booking for 2 person but calculated as one person. Please prepare the extra cash for arriving to pay the difference. It is $15/day for extra person. We requested Airbnb to hold $900 security deposit when you arriving for the gate remote and or any damage security founds. Please inform us if anything damaged or miss used items when you checking in, so we can correct it. To avoid any charges on your security deposit founds.

Best sea food market, just 10 steps away, they even cook for you. Gas station , community, shops, restaurant, all within an walking distance. Plus, only less then 2~3 miles to almost everything. hiking trails…Parks, Marina, ferry building, movies, massages, night club, historical, malls, Thai, Italian, Japanese, India, restaurants…are all less then 2~3 miels… Kaizer hospital is only 5 minutes drive. Queen of Napa Valley Hospital is less then 16 miles drive. 26 miles to San Francisco. Great car pool to S.F. Many single Female lived and living here, If you ask, yes, we are very safe here. However, we are not in Pacific Heights, please search on line about or city for your own needs. If you lived in marina/ san francisco. Well, this may not be your choices. Please book in Napa or San Francisco? or close by where ever you need to go.
