We provide free wifi and secured parking lot with 24/7 security cameras! With free access to use washer /dryer room when book one month over. or $10/ week to use washer/ drier room.

If you need the TV, we do offer a president suit, with large Sony TV screen and large private kitchen with Jacuzzi at very reasonable price. Please check into our other list. You are welcome to access the loundry room at a low cost of $ free/ month or $10/week rate. Please request it from the host when you need it. Free High speed Wifi, our guest reviews: ” The speed is so fast” Free one spot private gated parking, No guest parking at all. Please check our list for more information.
Interaction with guests
We don’t bother you at all, however we are easy to reach at a phone call , text, or emails. New changes on all units here, we will have the cleaning made once per week to maintain the unit. Thanks for understand. You are booking a private studio here! You will not sharing the room or shower with any one with your private entry too! Best seafood market, just 10 steps away, they even cook for you. Gas station , community, shops, restaurant, all within an walking distance. Plus, only less then 2~3 miles to almost everything. hiking trails…Parks, Marina, ferry building, movies, massages, night club, historical, malls, Thai, Italian, Japanese, India, restaurants…are all less then 2~3 miels… Kaizer hospital is only 5 minutes drive. Queen of Napa Valley Hospital is less then 16 miles drive. 26 miles to San Francisco. Great car pool to S.F. Many single Female lived and living here, If you ask, yes, we are very safe here. However, we are not in Pacific Heights, please search on line about or city for your own needs. If you lived in marina/ san francisco. Well, this may not be your choices. Please book in Napa or San Francisco? or close by where ever you need to go.
